Pregnancy Classes
We don’t offer specific Pregnancy classes. But if you are pregnant and would like to attend classes with us you are able to attend our normal Clinical Equipment classes.
This is possible as you are doing your own individually prescribed exercises in these classes. We are able to specifically design exercises for you suitable for your stage of pregnancy.
One-to-One Pilates Classes
- At Innovations Physio & Pilates we also offer one-on-one Pilates classes.
- These classes are either 30 or 60 min duration and are run by one of our very experienced physiotherapists.
- The benefit of having a private class is that our physiotherapist is able to tailor the class to your specific individual needs. This makes the exercise much more effective.
Cancellation Policy
However, if you cancel a class within 24hours of that class you will be changed the full cost of the class. This is necessary due to small class sizes and to ensure equal and fair access to classes to all of our participants.
Thanks for your understanding.
